Synopsis of the Topic: Well you may be using traditional “selling to close” techniques in an attempt to win over difficult stakeholders. You need to break from tradition and adopt a “selling to deliver strategy”, which is far more convincing. It is results oriented and aligns with the key stakeholders needs seamlessly. The presenter will demonstrate the tools and techniques that project managers can use when dealing with difficult stakeholders in order to win then over, while minimizing project challenges. This is a must have in your project delivery solutions tool.
